Ev Nucci

Ev Nucci, a serial entrepreneur, has spent three decades building high performance organizations and founded Nucci Consulting Group (NCG) in 1996. A serial entrepreneur, Nucci spent three decades building high performance organizations and started five companies, three with fortune 100 firms. Most recently she served as a consultant Armored Wolf, a global macro hedge fund.

Ev Nucci established her reputation for talent during her years at Johnson & Johnson where she was part of building two start-ups and managed fifteen operating companies in the professional sector. Nucci worked with Johnson & Johnson during the 1980s Tylenol crisis. Some of the notable JNJ Companies Nucci lead included Patient Care, Ethicon, Surgikos, Codman, Iolab, Orthopedics, Critikon, Lifescan and Vistakon.

Nucci went onto to build another start-up for Baxter where she achieved a record $10 million in annualized revenues in less than eleven months. Nucci lifted-out a team and started her own company, Gynesis Healthcare. The team pioneered new therapies, early intervention programs, built five offices, achieved a 53% profit margin and a 72% market share. Five years later, she sold the company to the industry giant.

After selling Gynesis, Nucci founded NCG in 1996 and leveraged her expertise for building high performance organizations and moved into the institutional asset management business in 1996.

Nucci transitioned from an operating company CEO into the retained search business and founded NCG for the following reasons:

Nucci is married with three sons, a recent graduate from Columbia University, a sophomore at The Wharton School, at the University of Pennsylvania, and a sixteen year old.

Mike Nucci

Mike Nucci is a research analyst for Nucci Consulting Group and supports client projects. Prior to Nucci Consulting Group, Mr. Nucci worked for BlackRock, Inc. where he worked in the portfolio analytics group for BlackRock Solutions.

Nucci is a 2010 Graduate of Columbia University. He also studied at the University of London, Queen Mary College. He was a member of the Columbia University Lightweight varsity crew team as a sophomore, junior and senior. In 2007 he was a Gold & Bronze National Champion Medalist and in 2009 he represented the United States of America on the U23 National Team placing 9th in the world in the Czech Republic. He is currently training for the 2012 Olympics.
